Paolo Jedlowski is Full Professor at the University of Calabria (political and Social Sciences Department). He is also Director of the P.h.D. Course in Politics, Culture and Development at the same university. His research interests include memory and future studies, sociology of culture, everyday life and storytelling.

Carlo De Rose is Associate Professor of Sociology at the University of Calabria (Political and Social Sciences Department) where he teaches social research methods. His research interests are focused on epistemology of social sciences, social action, migration and local development.

Sonia Floriani is Assistant Professor in the Department of Political and Social Sciences, University of Calabria, where she teaches Intercultural Relations. Some of her current research interests include: historical and contemporary migrations from/to Italy; postcolonial forms of racism; interculturalism.

Simona Miceli is Research Fellow in Sociology at the University of Calabria (Political and Social Sciences Department). Her research interests focus on migration, intersectionality, constructions of otherness and agency practices.

Ercole Giap Parini is Associate Professor of Sociology in the Department of Political Science of the University of Calabria, where he is vice-Director. His fields of research are history of sociology; social theory; relationship between literature and social sciences; transformation of scientific knowledge production practices.
